We live in a complex world.
That said, we have always lived in a complex world. Which to make sense of it requires integrating diverse and at times competing ideas. Creating greater opportunities and discovering new ways forward.
Letting go of your own ideas is not a sign of weakness.
It demonstrates strength of mind and character. Just as a strong tree bends in the wind and a building flexes through an earthquake, powerful ideas are shaped by the forces around them.
