Programme Format
The inhouse Future Ready Leadership programme gives you an inspiring new perspective on the world, by developing your ability to strategically Mindleap forward.
Our unique format maximises flexibility and impact to match your needs. Possible formats include group sizes from 9 to 36, with programme timeframes from 3 to 12 months.
You’ll be expertly coached across the full set of Future Ready Leadership skills using the programme content and toolkit. The interactive and inspiring format can begin with in-person development days. Followed by online or hybrid masterclass sessions – which provide inspiring and energising community interaction, workplace application and shared learnings.
As well as developing your own skills, the Future Ready format and resources equip you to develop the capabilities of your own team. Learning how to move others forward from states of being resistant and reactive, to being Future Ready.
Future Ready example format
One suggested programme format brings together a cohort of future-focused leaders to work together in person, supported by online group coaching sessions and a comprehensive series of short video lessons.
The example inhouse Leadership Programme runs over ten weeks
Begins with two in-person workshop days at a location of your choice
Week One: Day One 10am–4:30pm
Week One: Day Two 9am–3:30pm
Followed by four fortnightly online group coaching sessions (90 min)
Week Three / Week Five / Week Seven / Week Nine
Between each coaching session participants apply Future Ready skills in their workplace, sharing learnings across the group
Concludes with a blended (in-person or online) regroup
Week Ten: Final Day 10am–1pm
Supported by six months access to an extensive Future Ready Leadership Toolkit including coaching videos, worksheets and the Futurework Guidebook

When does the programme start and finish?
Each programme is uniquely designed for your team based on your objectives. Programme formats can range from four to ten months depending on strategic goals and leadership availability. All sessions are personally facilitated by Futurist Dave Wild.
How long is the programme? Will I have time for this?
Rather than having to complete additional projects, you will apply the new tools and techniques learnt as part of your everyday work – advancing your leadership capabilities while building Future Ready Leadership skills.
Can I get personal 1:1 mentoring?
Yes you can also extend your development further with additional Futurist mentoring sessions.
How do I access the programme materials?
Ahead of the first workshop you’ll be able to access the programme materials, including the Future Ready Leadership Toolkit resources.
How long do I have access to the programme materials?
Your programme access will vary according to the length of time the programme is scheduled to take. For instance a ten-month programme will give you twelve months access to all Future Ready coaching videos so you can re-watch at any time. This also includes access to private community discussions and support. In addition printable Future Ready Toolkit resources can be downloaded for lifetime access.
