As artificial intelligence transforms how we work, the role of leadership is changing. Beyond understanding emerging technologies, leaders increasingly need to navigate uncertainty, inspire curiosity and enable their teams to thrive alongside AI. Recognising this shift, One NZ developed its Elevate AI learning series to build capability and accelerate the benefits of an AI-enabled workplace. To launch the Elevate events, we were engaged to deliver an AI Leadership keynote and masterclass for senior leaders across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
